Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


  1. We only provide exchange for regular priced items.
  2. All exchanges have to be done within 7 working days from date of receive. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
  3. We only accept exchange between sizes & colours (Subject to availability)
  4. Cash refund are not available.
  5. All methods of exchange can only be made once per order number.
  6. All returned items must be in new and unworn condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  7. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly not exchangeable/returnable.
  8. Exchange/return can only be made one time per order number.
  9. We do not provide cash refunds/store credits.
  10. Exchanges/returns of any for is strictly not allowed for all SALE items.
  11. Both ways postage charge will be borne by customers.
  12. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
  13. Returns & exchanges take place only after you have reached out to the team and the details required are correct & complete.
  14. Do not send back the parcel before return approval. Customers who make returns directly will bear the cost to repost it back & Jin Hayari will not bear any consequences if parcel is sent to the wrong address.

To return an item, please contact customer service at or WhatsApp 019-3632796 to kindly seek for our confirmation on the return process. After confirmation from our team, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process with your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the date of arrival of the return item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email/whatsapp/online store chat when your return has been processed.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and take the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us. Do provide us your parcel tracking number through whatsapp/online store chat/email. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


1. If the item was faulty or shipped in error, we sincerely regret. In this situations, we will ask that local order to be send back to us using traceable courier service. Please do not send the item back on your own.

2. Kindly email or WhatsApp 019-3632796 with a snapshot of the defective or inaccurate piece so we can provide you with further advice.

3. If a replacement piece is available under such conditions, it will be shipped out as soon as the returned package is received. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, we will replace with other desired designs.


Please Note

  • Sale/Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • We only accept exchange between sizes and colors of the same design. Unless the product are sold out in size or color, exchange of product will only be available.
  • Exchange/return can only be made once per order.
  • Items to be returned must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered). All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined.
  • We do not accept cash refund/store credit.

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are only available on Monday-Friday at 10am-4pm. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders above RM150 to West Malaysia.


We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
