Thank you for shopping with JIN HAYARI. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist with exchanges (no refunds). Please read below for full details.

Shipping & Delivery Options

1. In-Store Pickup

  • Available Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm
  • You will receive email notification once your order is ready

2. Courier Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours, shipped the next 24 hours
  • Shipped within the next 24 hours after processing
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
  • West Malaysia (DHL E-Commerce): 1–4 working days
  • East Malaysia (DHL E-Commerce): 3-7 working days
  • International Shipping: 5–10 working days
  • Free shipping to West Malaysia for orders above RM150

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide (such as, Singapore, Indonesia, Phillipines, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and etc.)
  • Free Shipping does NOT apply to international orders
  • You may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not covered by JIN HAYARI

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for:

  • Regular-priced items
  • Within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Size or color exchanges of the same design only (subject to stock availability)

🔁 Only 1 exchange allowed per order number
🔁 Sale/discounted items are final sale – no exchange/return

Exchange Requirements:

  • Item must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • Tags must be attached
  • Do not soak items - color-run items will not be accepted
  • Both way shipping-costs are borne by the customer
  • Do not send back items before contacting us

Return Process:

  2. After confirmation from our team, send items to:

  • Use a trackable courier
  • Send us the tracking number
  • Allow 5 working days after parcel arrives for processing

Defects/Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Do not send it back immediately
  2. Contact us with a photo of the item via email or WhatsApp
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or alternative (if out of stock)

Important Notes

  • Only one exchange per order
  • No refunds or store credits
  • Exchanges only allowed for same design (different size or color)
  • Returns without approval may not be accepted
